Heavenly Scentz takes pride in every product created and appreciate your support. Heavenly Scentz does not give refunds unless your order was incorrect. Otherwise, we will absolutely replace your product with free shipping. Please adhere to the procedure below.
Damages and Issues
We asked that you inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or what you ordered was not what you received, so that we may investigate and rectify the issue and make it right. Take pictures of ALL packaging and the product in question and contact us immediately: info@heavenlyscentz.com and in the subject line add Claim and your invoice number.
